I hired Trevor Bragg as my agent to list and sell my house in Sun City.  I had already moved out of state and Trevor ensured that I was able to go through the entire process remotely and easily.  He drummed up a huge amount of interest in the property which sold quickly (within about a week) and above asking price.  I highly recommend Trevor Bragg as a solid real estate professional.

Trevor did an amazing job for us.  We live out of state, and he made the process of finding a home and then the buying process a breeze.  Trevor has great follow up and answered all of our emails right away, with complete and researched answers.  He is a great listener, and did a great job of helping us find the homes we were interested in.  He was so organized when we went house hunting which really helped utilize our time here efficiently.  Trevor is absolutely one of the best real estate agents we have worked with.  We would highly recommend Trevor and we thank him for making the transition so smooth.

Trevor was fantastic in helping us find our new home.  He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Phoenix area, especially the West Valley which is where we focused.  His knowledge extended beyond the homes, market, and subdivisions and also included local amenities, resources and contractors. He negotiated extremely well, helped us navigate some challenges along the way, and was reliable and responsive.  If you’re looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and take a chance on Trevor - besides a great realtor he’s a great person and you won’t regret it.

Trevor helped us find our perfect home here in Phoenix.  His knowledge of different areas, understanding of the market, and willingness to work with us and continue showing and recommending different properties until we found the right one for us was amazing.  He checked in frequently, and continued to help even after the sale.  I would recommend Trevor without hesitation.

Trevor did an excellent job. He met us several times to show us properties. We live in another state and he made the effort to drive to properties and video them when we were unable to be there in person. He walked us through the purchase of a spec home in Sun City Festival, and he was kind enough to pick up keys for us while we were still out of state for the closing. He has met with vendors we have had come to the property and he provided us with a lockbox so work could be done while we are not there.  Would recommend him to anyone in need of an agent.

We interviewed 3 agents and could not have been happier after selecting Trevor to assist with the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home.  He always responded promptly to our questions and was eager to help with every aspect of the sale and purchase.  We will refer Trevor to friends and family as needed.

Trevor Bragg is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Trevor represented us as the buyers and we are now writing this review from our new home. We purchased from out of state and highly recommended Trevor. He went above and beyond touring several homes across the valley for us, making video tours so we could view as if we we there. He listened to our feedback and learned who we were and what we liked/disliked. Trevor was on our side the whole way and even told us if something didn’t feel right for us about a home, don’t feel like we have to make an offer, he would continue the search as needed. We also used the home mortgage lender he recommended and closed on our house in 3 weeks. We’re so happy that Trevor was our realtor and highly recommend him.
